           My real estate career began in 1985 as a paralegal for a real estate law firm / title company.  After getting my real estate license, I worked for Century 21 and enjoyed much success there.  I now utilize the experience and expertise gained over the years to provide a more personalized service to my clients.  I pride myself on the fact that the majority of my business is  the result of referrals from many satisfied past and existing clients.

     I specialize in residential sales (representing buyers or sellers), including single  family residences, condos and townhomes, as well as HUD and bank-owned foreclosures.  I also specialize in pre-foreclosures ("short sales").  I service Dallas, Denton, Collin and Tarrant Counties, with emphasis on Irving, Euless, Flower Mound, Lewisville, Carrollton, The Colony and Frisco.

     I grew up in Irving, Texas and have lived in the D/FW area for over 26 years.  I am married and have three children.
